Yesterday, April 14, the sixth spring run "Bakai Bank Jaz Demi" was held in the capital of Kyrgyzstan. This sports event, already becoming a tradition, gathered more than 4 thousand participants ready to conquer various distances - from 5 and 10 km to the half-marathon 21.1 km. Children competed in races at various distances of up to 1 km.

Before starting the race, Umut Abakirova, Chairman of the Management Board, wished all the participants of the race energy and strength on the distance, and also noted that the support of professional and amateur sports is very important for the Bank.

For the sixth year in a row our bank is the title sponsor of this magnificent event. "Bakai Bank Jaz Demi" each time brings together such a large number of people striving to reach new heights," said Umut Abakirova.

The Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank emphasized that 2024 is a special year for the world of sports, as it is the year of the Olympic Games and a number of athletes from Kyrgyzstan have chances to win gold.

It is worth noting that the Bank's employees also demonstrated passion for sports and aiming for high achievements. Thus, Yulia Morozova, an employee of the Business Loan Underwriting Department of our Bank, and business analyst Aidai Beishibekova took first place in the 10 km distance.
